Terms & Conditions
1. Who you are buying from. Products on this website are sold by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("the seller", "we"). Contact: hello@bluelightglasses.example.
2. Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order - for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred - in which case you will be refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Delivery is free on orders over £20; orders under £20 ship for £5.99.
4. Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) and arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch. See our Delivery page for full details.
5. Returns and guarantee. Every order is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and we pay the return postage. See our Returns page for the simple how-to. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Product descriptions. Our lenses filter blue light from screens and reduce screen glare. They are style and comfort products, not medical devices, and we make no health claims of any kind. Non-prescription lenses have no corrective power. Prescription lenses are made to the prescription you supply; we do not provide eye tests or clinical advice.
7. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your order.
8. About this site. Content on this site is provided for general information and shopping purposes. We try to keep everything accurate, but stray typos happen to the best of us.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
